Unexpected Authorization Issues in Windows"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>If you experience unexpected authorization issues, and any of the following products are installed and running on your computer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Comodo firewall<\/li><li>Makrolock Antivirus<\/li><li>Panda Security<\/li><li>Norton Online Backup<\/li><li>F-Secure Internet Security<\/li><li>Sentinel HASP License Manager<\/li><li>&#8220;Browser Manager&#8221; (mngr.exe)<\/li><li>&#8220;Babylon Toolbar&#8221; (browserprotect.exe)<\/li><li>Anything from the company PerformerSoft LLC<\/li><li>browsermngr.exe AND brwmngr.exe (part of something called &#8220;Browser Manager&#8221;)<\/li><li>Sidekick Manager (sidemngr.exe; * PerformerSoft LLC product)<\/li><li>BullGuard Anti-Virus<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These applications can modify certain parameters in some Windows API functions in a way that is not 100% compatible with what is specified by Microsoft, and cause problems for other applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a first step in resolving the problem, we recommend that you uninstall the above corresponding product(s), re-install your iLok licence manager software, and re-install all your Flux:: software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you experience unexpected authorization issues and none of the above-mentioned software is installed, please contact <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.flux.audio\/portal\/sign_in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FLUX:: HelpDesk<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/desk.flux.audio\/hc\/en-us\/requests\/new\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>.<\/strong><\/a> Provide system information as well as information about if any other software similar to the above-mentioned software is installed and running on your computer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you experience unexpected authorization issues, and any of the following products are installed and running on your computer: Comodo firewall Makrolock Antivirus Panda Security Norton Online Backup F-Secure Internet Security Sentinel HASP License Manager &#8220;Browser Manager&#8221;
