Cependant, la multiplication du nombre de plateformes et de langages de communication propri\u00e9taires a \u00e9t\u00e9 une barri\u00e8re \u00e0 l&#8217;adoption g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e de l&#8217;audio spatial, et un d\u00e9fi \u00e0 l&#8217;interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 entre les outils de production. En effet, pour citer une vieille blague de l&#8217;industrie technologique, l&#8217;avantage des normes, c&#8217;est qu&#8217;il y en a tellement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aujourd&#8217;hui, FLUX::Immersive, L-Acoustics, Radio France et d&#8217;autres fabricants majeurs de l&#8217;industrie ont rejoint une initiative visant \u00e0 standardiser Open Sound Control (OSC) en tant que protocole de transmission pour l&#8217;interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes audio immersifs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La norme ITU BS.2076-2 Audio Definition Model (ADM) est une solution pour l&#8217;archivage et l&#8217;interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des productions audio immersives. ADM-OSC fournit une impl\u00e9mentation qui suit la norme de l\u2019ITU, permettant de diffuser en temps r\u00e9el les informations de positionnement des objets audio en utilisant le protocole Open Sound Control.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En s&#8217;appuyant sur les exp\u00e9riences d&#8217;utilisation de Radio-France, FLUX:: Immersive et L-Acoustics ont uni leurs forces pour cr\u00e9er un langage commun afin de faciliter l&#8217;int\u00e9gration des syst\u00e8mes dans le processus de production.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>&#8220;Depuis 2018, Radio France m\u00e8ne des exp\u00e9rimentations de productions de concerts de musique \u00e9lectronique r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en audio orient\u00e9 objets&#8221;<\/em>, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">explique Herv\u00e9 D\u00e9jardin, responsable de projets innovation audio \u00e0 Radio-France.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces essais ont mis en \u00e9vidence le besoin d&#8217;un protocole commun entre les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la cha\u00eene.\u00a0 L&#8217;objectif \u00e9tant de pouvoir adresser les flux de m\u00e9tadonn\u00e9es \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents moteurs de rendu sans passer par des traducteurs.&#8221;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ADM-OSC propose un langage de communication universel entre les logiciels audio bas\u00e9s sur des objets pour le direct et la post-production. Un groupe de travail technique compos\u00e9 de sp\u00e9cialistes de l&#8217;industrie a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour faire avancer cette proposition et collaborer sur les fonctionnalit\u00e9s. Ce groupe de travail a re\u00e7u le soutien de plusieurs fabricants et le langage ADM-OSC est actuellement mis en \u0153uvre dans certains logiciels audio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comme l&#8217;explique Hugo Larin, FLUX: : Immersive Business Director : <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>&#8220;Il n\u2019y a rien de pire que d&#8217;essayer de construire un flux de travail int\u00e9gr\u00e9 qui incorpore plusieurs fabricants et de finalement accouch\u00e9 d\u2019un protocole de communication propri\u00e9taire.
